Identifying and Eliminating Barriers to Employment

Two employment and training professionals developed a compendium of barriers and some innovative thinking in the early 1990’s to addressing barriers to employment.  This document is adapted from their book No One Is Unemployable to help you find strategies to identify and overcome barriers.

[A discussion  with your EaRN Teammate about this list and the concerns you (and they may have) will very likely help you make fullest use of the ideas contained in it.  A copy of No One Is Unemployable is likely available at a public library near you, or through your EaRN Affiliate Organization; talk with your Teammate about finding a copy for you to read and discuss together.]
