Successful Networkers Are More “Relational” Than “Transactional”

Networking is a lifestyle.  So, thinking of building relationships, not just ‘transactions’, is key to building a strong network–key to finding work and staying employable as well as building career security.  Use this exercise regularly to remind yourself to be primarily a relational networker.
